Nursing Careers

  • Quality Assurance Coordinator/Nurse Manager

    *This position will be responsible for development and oversight of all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement efforts of Westfield Quality Care. Tasks include, but are not limited to, evaluating operational processes, develop QA or PI projects to maintain the highest quality of care, facilitate committees related to QA and PI, including the QAPI committee, Risk/Standards, and other specific committees needed or developed for the overall quality of the facility. This portion of the position is expected to be approximately 16-24 hours per week.

    There will also be professional nurse responsibilities with this position, including shifts as RN coverage, Charge Nurse and other duties or tasks as assigned to best meet the needs of residents. This portion of the position is expected to be approximately 16-24 hours per week.

    Candidates for this position but hold a Nebraska License as a Registered Nurse, or its equivalent from a Compact State or otherwise qualified at that level.

  • Full-Time or Part-Time RN

    Key Qualifications:
    *Current RN in the state of Nebraska.
    * Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving, auditing, leadership and decision making skills.
    * Possess managerial skills and able to prioritize.

  • Full-Time or Part-Time LPN

    Key Qualifications:
    *Current LPN in the state of Nebraska.
    *Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills.
    *Possess managerial skills and able to prioritize.

  • Full-Time or Part-Time Certified Nurse Aides and Medication Aides

    Key Qualifications:
    *Current certified nurse aide/certified medication aide in the state of Nebraska.
    *Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills.
    *Flexibility with schedule and available to work every other weekend.

Dietary Careers

  • Full-Time or Part-Time Dietary Cook

    Key Qualifications:
    *Experience with working & cooking in a professional kitchen.
    *Leadership Qualities
    *Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders and work assignments.

  • Full-Time or Part-Time Dietary Aide

    Key Qualifications:
    *Willing to interact with senior residents on a daily basis.
    *Available to work every other weekend.
    *Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders and work assignments.

Environmental Services Careers

  • Full-Time or Part-Time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide

    Key Responsibilities:
    *Assisting in washing, folding, and delivering laundry to residents.
    *Assisting in cleaning, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting facility.
