Dietary Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of dietary services, ensuring that all patients and residents are provided with nutritious, palatable, and well-balanced meals that meet individual dietary and therapeutic needs. This role involves staff supervision, menu planning, food purchasing, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety standards.Completion of CDM course and previous experience as a dietary manager is highly desirable.
