Emily Birkel
Emily Birkel began her career as the Business Office Manager for Utica Community Care Center in October 2018. She has worked previously with retail bookkeeping but there was something special about working with the elderly in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Emily accepted the position of Business Office Manager for Westfield Quality Care of Aurora in June 2020.
Emily is originally from Lincoln, NE then in 2015 she moved to Utica, NE with her husband and 18-year-old cat Patch. Within the next year they expanded their family and got two dogs Jack and Loki. Emily enjoys sister days, anything competitive, spending time with friends and family, and being home with her husband and animals.
