Hello from Westfield Quality Care of Aurora.
Residents played a new game in activities, it is called Left, Center, Right. Looks like some of them had big winnings. I can never thank everyone for all the amazing donations to our activities department. The generosity helps to give the residents a special treat or helps them with adding to the activities that we are able to provide.
Happy Mother’s Day to all, please come visit. This is the perfect opportunity to make our residents’ day with a visit from family or friends.
For our COVID update this week there are no COVID positive residents or staff. Our facility remains open, and residents are able to participate in regular activities. Please remember to wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer often. If you have any COVID symptoms please stay home and take care of yourself, we will take good care of the residents, so you do not have to worry. I want to thank everyone that has been visiting and helping to keep our loved ones safe.

May 14 is Mother’s Day—don’t forget! Do you have something planned to show appreciation for your mother?
May 20 is Armed Forces Day, which honors those who serve in all branches of the United States military.
”A warm January, a cold May.” May acts as the bridge between spring and summer, hinting at warmer weather for those still stuck in spring’s grasp, while heating things up for those already well on their way.
