Hello from Westfield Quality Care of Aurora.
I want to thank all the people who have been donating items to our activities department. It is very important that we have engaging activities for the residents and with everyone’s generosity we are able to keep this up.
This week we had men’s group, they watched fishing videos, were treated with a snack and played trivia. The residents learned about Groucho Marx this week and had the opportunity to look like him as well.
Our employee spotlight for November is Kat Anderson, LPN and infection preventionist, congratulations Kat.
For our COVID update this week there are no COVID positive residents or staff. Our facility remains open, and residents are able to participate in regular activity. Please remember to wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer often. If you have any COVID symptoms please stay home and take care of yourself, we will take good care of the residents, so you do not have to worry. I want to thank everyone that has been visiting and helping to keep our loved ones safe.
