Good morning everyone,
While many of our area schools celebrate the end of the school year, graduations and the start to summer, we would like to extend our congratulations to all of those graduating and wishing all a wonderful summer break.
After several weeks with no COVID19 activity at Westfield, we did have an employee test positive on Friday of last week. The employee did not have any direct contact with any residents or other staff so there was unlikely any potential for spread but we are going to test all residents twice a week for two weeks just to be sure, and given the reports of growing numbers of cases throughout the country, including Hamilton County. So far, with those tests, all have tested negative. We will test again today and then on Tuesday, and as long as no new cases present, we will return to only testing non-up-to-date employees, at that same frequency of twice a week for two weeks.
It seems crazy that a week has passed already since our Prom. If you have not already seen the pictures, you are missing out. If you are reading this and you are not a Facebook user, please contact me and I would be happy to make arrangements to get those pictures to you, or get you access to them, one way or another. It was a wonderful event and we thank all of those who played a part in making it happen. If you ARE a Facebook user, well, I am guessing you have already seen the post.
